Window Gang of McKinney is hiring 3–4 commission-only Residential Sales Representatives to help expand our local customer base through direct, door-to-door outreach. You’ll be selling exterior cleaning services—window washing, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning—to homeowners across McKinney and nearby neighborhoods.

Each rep will be assigned a primary territory—a set of zip codes or neighborhoods they’ll own and develop. Territories are designed to be close enough for collaboration, but distinct enough to avoid overlap. You’ll be the face of our business in that zone, responsible for knocking doors, pitching services, and closing new clients.

This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on independence, performance-based pay, and face-to-face selling. If you know how to knock doors, pitch with confidence, and follow through, this role can pay you like an owner.

Commission Structure

This is a commission-only role with a tiered pay structure designed to reward performance and margin discipline:

 | Monthly Sales Volume | Commission Rate | Estimated Monthly Earnings | $3,000–$4,999 | 20% | $600–$1,000
 | $5,000–$7,499 | 25% | $1,250–$1,875
 | $7,500–$9,999 | 30% | $2,250–$3,000
 | $10,000+ | 35% | $3,500+
Repeat Client Bonus:
Earn an additional 5% on any seasonal repeat jobs you personally close.

Weekly Pay Option:
Reps who generate $2,500+ in weekly sales qualify for weekly commission payouts—no need to wait for month-end.

Fast Start Incentive:
Hit $5,000 in your first 30 days, and you’ll earn a one-time $500 bonus on top of your commissions. It’s our way of rewarding fast starters who come in hungry and close hard.

No cap. No quota.
Your earnings scale with your effort, margin discipline, and client retention.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Knock doors and canvas assigned neighborhoods to generate leads
  • Pitch exterior cleaning services with confidence and clarity
  • Submit clean, margin-smart estimates and follow up with prospects
  • Track your pipeline and stay organized using CRM tools
  • Represent Window Gang with professionalism and grit

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (home services, solar, pest control, etc.)
  • Comfortable knocking doors, pitching face-to-face, and closing solo
  • Organized, persistent, and motivated by performance-based pay
  • Values accuracy, follow-through, and clean documentation
  • Hungry to build something—and be rewarded for it
  • Knows how to build trust with homeowners and turn one-time jobs into repeat clients

Perks & Support

  • Free uniforms
  • Sales materials and branded collateral
  • $1,000 Signing Bonus after working for six months

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
